City of Harbor Beach, 2008 City Council Meeting Schedule

In Compliance with the State of Michigan Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, as amended, and the City Charter of the City of Harbor Beach of 1965, the following information is publicly posted and provided regarding the City Council meetings for the year 2008.

All meetings of the City Council of the City of Harbor Beach will be held at City Hall, 766 State Street, Harbor Beach, Michigan 48441. Regular City Council meetings will be held on the first and third Monday of each month, unless it should fall on a Holiday, when the meeting will be held on the Tuesday following the Holiday. The first meeting of each month will start at 7:00 p.m. and the second meeting of each month will start at 7:00 p.m.

*Meetings on these days are scheduled for Department Heads to give their quarterly reports and the meetings will being at 2:30 p.m. rather than 7:00 p.m.

NOTE: Special meetings of the City Council may be called within 18 hours public notice in advance of the meeting time. Special meetings will be posted at City Hall.

City of Harbor Beach, 2008 Recreation Commission Meeting Schedule

IIn Compliance with the State of Michigan Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, as amended, the following information is publicly posted and provided regarding the regular meeting schedule for 2008 for the Recreation Commission of the City of Harbor Beach.

All meetings of the Recreation Commission will be held at City Hall, 766 State Street, Harbor Beach, Michigan 48441. Regular meetings will be held on the fourth Monday of each month and will begin at 7:00 p.m. Special meetings may be called 18 hours prior to meeting time and will be posted at City Hall. Meetings may be cancelled due to lack of business.

IIn Compliance with the State of Michigan Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, as amended, the following information is publicly posted and provided regarding the regular meeting schedule for 2008 for the Planning Commission of the City of Harbor Beach.

All meetings of the Planning Commission will be held at City Hall, 766 State Street, Harbor Beach, Michigan 48441. Regular meetings will be held on the third Thursday of each month and will begin at 7:00 p.m. Special meetings may be called 18 hours prior to meeting time and will be posted at City Hall. Meetings may be cancelled due to lack of business.
